About Naturally Clean Soaps
Several years ago I became aware of the ingredients being used in most mass produced soaps. I started looking for alternatives and found a local supplier that I started to purchase from. As much as I loved the soaps they were extremely expensive and availability was spotty. That brought about the idea of learning how to create soaps that I wanted to use and more importantly, soaps I would feel good about my family using.
Each bar is $5.50
Every ingredient is food grade and all soaps have been cured for at least 8 weeks which improves the life of the soap.
No “Palm” oil will ever be used in our soaps due to the environmental damage of harvesting & processing it!
Contains No Animal products of any type.
Our soap recipes will vary but will never contain anything except for the following ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive oil, Cocoa butter, Shea butter, Safflower oil, Sweet
Almond oil, Caster oil, Avocado oil, Grapeseed oil, Canola oil, Sesame
oil, food grade Lye, Pure water, “Nature’s Garden” scents and FDA
approved “Mad Mica” colorants.
Why do most major soap producers use the words “Body Bars” or “Beauty Bars” instead of soap?
Read the FDA statement below:
“Today there are very few true soaps on the market. Most body cleansers, both
liquid and solid, are actually synthetic detergents products. Detergent cleansers are
popular because they make suds easily in water and don’t form gummy deposits.
Some of these detergent products are actually marketed as “soap” but are not true
soap according to the regulatory definition of the word”
